I just came across this blog and thought it was an interesting point. i disagree. but its worth a discussion :)
While companies complain about lack of analytic talent, professionals complain about lack of jobs. Everyone wants to work for Facebook, LinkedIn, Google, Intel, Apple, Twitter or some hot start-up.
