Short Bio:
👔 I recently started my own business after working for several Fortune 500 companies (3M, Avery Dennison, Hewlett Packard). In this new freelance position, I am ready to use and abuse my know-how in Sales / Marketing / Data Analysing and Visualization / Process Improvement.

💚 Excel and Google Sheets are my passions, being nominated the Google Guru in the European HQ, the go-to person for anyone experiencing difficulties using advanced features.

📜 Heritage:
I developed myself in Blue Chip companies such as Avery Dennison, Hewlett Packard, 3M and other multinational companies. These experiences allowed me to work and live in many countries, encountering different cultures. This exposure helps to better connect with people, stimulates my creativity and provides me with broader thinking capabilities.

From my former Business Development Manager, Product Manager and, more recently, Segment Manager positions, I bring a calculated and systematic approach to problem-solving, process improvements and business optimization. I find it extremely interesting and stimulating to analyze and identify growth opportunities and then conceive implementation plans to transform a theory into practice with measurable results.

🚧 Some projects I am proud of:
- I worked as a Product Manager in Mactac Europe, managing and revamping the entire range of over 7500 SKU's of Digitally Printable Media sold worldwide.

- I aligned and managed the data transfer & integration into the new systems once Avery Dennison purchased our company (product cleanup, reclassification, interconnections, etc.).

- I built an articulated pricing strategy, including a Product Pricing Guidance (PPG). This PPG allowed the sales team to get through a fast price approval process and reduce the workload of the Pricing Team and the Sales Manager. The PPG had a Minimum, an Average and a List price recommendation for each product. Revalidating and adapting the PPG values was generally a 2-day job done every six months or one year.

- In my previous assignment, I created all kinds of support files for the sales teams. For example, a Google Sheets file combining the actual stocks, manufacturing policies, prices and costs into one place. From this place, the sales team created quotes by searching for the product description or product code, picking the right roll color and size, and then only adding the quality (in roll or square meters).

- I am a David Allen follower implementing the GTD methodology in my daily work. I build efficient workflows combining Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Meet, Google Keep to trace relevant information with a minimum of time wasted.
