Have designed and delivered a Health-care Analytic’s solution for SicureMi using Medical IOT data as the Chief Data Scientist. The project aims to develop an affordable and non invasive Intelligent Self care product for users providing personalized care using predictive analytics from historic / real-time data using IOT/Mobile based app. By integrating the Internet of Things(IoT) with healthcare the product aims to keep patients safe and healthy. Research shows every 1 out of 3 Indians are victims of lifestyle diseases like Diabetes, Hypertension and other cardiovascular diseases. Leveraging the power of machine learning combined with IoT devices, our engine can analyse and predict the chronic ailments, helping people gain control over their lives. The product collects data from your wearables and using its state of the art predictive algorithms it analyses and predicts health based anomalies. This intelligent platform searches for patterns in the data collected and raises alarms and notifications thus keeping the patients healthy. The data is generated at real time using wearable devices and relayed to the cloud premise using Bluetooth synced to the mobile app. The model uses data extracted from the cloud and pipelines the data using transformation funnels to build and update the solution which scores the risk of lifestyle diseases of the patients. The algorithm also accommodates personalized alerts and predictive warnings for the patients. It gives out ‘Compliance Scores’ for the users based on their data, comparing it to an ideal figure across various parameters such as sleep, activity and nutritional compliances. Our robust Machine Learning models generate ‘Risk Scores’ for early detection of conditions that the user might be at a risk for, based on analysis of routinely collected data. The protype was built for patients of geriatric ward at AIIMS and now is being generalised for other demographics as well. Some of the important variables used are Excercise intensity, activity distance,duration, calories burned, REM Sleep, times woken, resting heart rate and so on. Data Partners for the project are Fitbit, Garmin and Inbody wearable device manufacturers. Clinical In home Medical device data including biometric data from blood pressure monitors, heart rate monitors, sleep trackers and thermometers provide data points like weight, fat percent, temperature,spf and so on. These are also some important parameters of the model. A&D Medical is the data source partner for same. Periodic routine data from partners including Thyrocare and Healthians has also being inbuilt as parameters. These vital data points mostly consist of WBC count, testosterone levels, Cholestrol levels and vitamin composition. The Proof of concept was built with data collaboration by AIIMS and Apollo Hospitals. We guide the team of core members now as an Advisory. Sicuremi is an IIT Delhi incubated Heathcare Analytics firm.

Executed a cloud based solution using R and Python for Natural Language Processing to convert handwritten, typed and photographed document into digital format for the market research team. The model extracted data from pdf, word, excel, jpeg and plain text format and rendered into predesigned format using NLP and programming for embedding in GIS maps used for Business Intelligence reports.

Executed a Proof of Concept for Condition Based Monitoring of Manufacturing assets using sensor data collected at plants. The project is based on Industrial IOT wherein data relayed by sensors numbered around 700 are relayed to proprietary cloud system and then extracted for feeders into the Machine learning models used to predict line stoppages.

Executed a Software as a Service , Big Data and Analytics Cloud Service including services such as RStudio, Python, Spark, Pig, Scala, Flume, Hive etc. The Subscription based service is a distributed ecosystem which is scaleable and robust for user additions.

Using Transaction Data Mining and Apriori Algorithm created a system based on green plum database and R ecosystem to utilize unsupervised machine learning for recommendation engine. This was a massive ecosystem consuming 2.4 terabytes of daily data from 550 stores across the retail formats to power the machine learning models capability for predicting the most likely bought product. The system was initially deployed as a semi supervised model run at a segment length of 15 days and updated thereon. Later it was completely automated with data pipelines and mechanisms to auto update the Marketing engine.

Using Sales data a Forecasting Model was implemented which was used in conjunction with Expert System to finalise the Sales Planning and distribution.
