Ellie Fields is the Director of Product Marketing at Tableau Software, responsible for new product launch, industry solutions and Tableau's community. She's a regular speaker on the new world of data Tableau's approach to business intelligence. Prior to Tableau, Ellie worked at Microsoft and in late-stage venture capital. She has an engineering degree from Rice University and an M.B.A. from The Stanford Graduate School of Business.
As Senior Director of Product Management, Francois Ajenstat is responsible for product strategy and product planning combining customer and partner feedback to set the strategic vision and leading the execution of new features and products. Prior to joining Tableau, Francois worked at Microsoft for 10 years in a number of different groups including SQL Server, Office and Trustworthy Computing. Prior to joining Microsoft, Francois worked for Cognos Corporation (acquired by IBM) leading strategic alliances with key industry partners such as IBM, HP, and Microsoft.
Ted leads Tableau's data strategy and execution. This includes product planning, setting the strategic vision, and leading the execution of new features and integration with technology vendors. Prior to joining Tableau, Ted worked at IBM for seven years in the Information Management division in a number of different roles including technical consulting, channel marketing, and business development. Ted holds a bachelor's degree and master's degree in computer science from Queen's University.
Daniel is a Data Analyst tasked to find data that tell great stories, primarily in the financial industry. His role is to champion Tableau Public by creating visualizations for the web and cultivating a community of users to do the same. He has a multimedia journalism background and loves talking to others who dream of numbers and stories at night.
