Is there any way you could be a bit more transparent about what a commercial blog post is and isn't? For example, I have been a poster for years and posted a non-commercial blog on September 13th, written by an Elder Research Data Scientist Sarah Will full of helpful tips for analytics hiring managers. Even though it was targeted to the audience (analytictalent.com) and written by a data scientist with zero commercial gain, it was not featured.

It could have been an oversight but to me it seems the selection is a rather subjective process (perhaps ironically) for a website full of great data science content.
