I'm a computer scientist. I have worked in various research areas: normalization of relational databases, dynamics of robot arms and control of a walking prosthesis by machine learning. I have developed a type of machine learning which fits data by growing a tree of affine functions combined by maximum and minimum operators. This has been used commercially in forecasting for energy companies. I am currently applying this ML technique to deep learning.
