I've been in IT for over twenty years. Most of my experience is in database development and analytics. I have managed projects from very small to some having more than 100 people worth more than $10 million. Currently, I’m an Assistant Professor at Hood College, and a Consultant for Innovative Element. I'm certified in project management and earned value management. I have two bachelor degrees (Math and Russian) from the University of Texas at Arlington. My MBA is from Frostburg State University. Recently, I completed the Doctor of Management program at UMUC. My dissertation was on data-driven decision-making.
