Robert Dayton is Managing Partner at RM Dayton Analytics. Dayton has held executive leadership roles as President of interRel Consulting, VP of Sales and Marketing at Kerdock (acquired by Perficient, Partner at WPP and Executive Vice President, Business Analytics and Optimization at Mindstream Analytics. He has focused on building firms that provided high value analytic and performance management solutions. Dayton began his career as an engineer with Halliburton, and then later served in programming, consulting and business development roles at Computer Associates, Comshare, Hyperion Solutions and The Hackett Group. Notably, Dayton was the the first dedicated Arbor Essbase implementation consultant in the world.
Dayton has 20 years of experience in analytics, data science, innovation, management consulting, business development and leadership. Over the years he has guided the deployment of analytics for global organizations in the Financial Services, Retail, Telecom, Consumer Goods, Energy, Hospitality, Healthcare and Higher Education verticals. He is comfortable in both technology and business strategy discussions, zeroing in on bringing extreme business value to his customers.
Dayton holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Southern Methodist University and a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering.
