Before founding Entrigna, Murali served in the capacity of Managing Director, Enterprise Architecture at United Airlines and played a key role in the Merger Integration of United & Continental Airlines and in the selection of merger-surviving Enterprise Systems, ensuring business viability of systems in a perspective that could ultimately enable the realization of billions in revenue synergies.
Before the merger integration with Continental Airlines, Murali played a key role within IT Common Services at United Airlines in the capacity of Director of Enterprise Technology Architecture. Murali directed team of 40+ technology domain architects as part of IT division wide Release-0 program that was initiated with the objectives of reducing operational complexity around technology & system deployments across the data centers, optimizing redundant technology foot-print, retiring obsolete technologies, incorporating more scalable, reliable & fault-tolerant architectures, implementing state-of-the-art technologies wherever applicable and thereby not only optimize overall total cost of ownership but also help expedite future releases of business applications & services seamlessly, which otherwise were plagued by too many delays because of operational complexity of deployment
