An experienced scholar-practitioner - HR/People Analytics, Strategic workforce planning and People Technology Leader with extensive knowledge & understanding of all areas of the HR life cycle including Organisational Design, Workforce Planning, Integrated talent management & HR Transformation projects.
A creative and forward-thinking leader who can provide innovative solutions to complex obstacles, working closely with key stakeholders to provide insightful data and drive strategic business decisions. I possess a methodical approach to the manipulation of data and the production of dynamic reports, using a range of techniques and visual analytics to enhance knowledge and understanding of people data and improving the customer experience.
In my previous role, I designed and implemented the strategy to implement HR Analytics team and Strategic Workforce Planning into the organisation implementing long term and short-term roadmaps for complex matrix organisation with more and more emphasis on how workforce planning impacts overall talent strategy, costs & critical skills – maturing from a descriptive to predictive capability leveraging Predictive Analytics and Big Data to find hidden opportunities, through a new way of thinking, to support the delivery of the HR Strategy of Talent, Enablement & Engagement.
I have also worked on building strong HR systems landscapes – Workday, Success Factor critically evaluating the current state, decommissioning of legacy systems and designing processes and systems with a focus on automation, simplification and process standardisation through to best suit the firms operating model.
Data governance, compliance and risk assessment have also been one of the areas of work- where I have helped organisation design strategies that ensure compliance, measurements and robust risk mitigation plans for an end to end data (from production to retention) transition for both reporting and HR systems.
My 18 years of experience has helped me build skills and capabilities as a thought leader, strategic workforce planning & People analytics practitioner, in addition to this, I believe in continuous learning and development and am currently pursuing my doctorate in business management – researching on cognitive diversity and impact on business drivers like innovation & entrepreneurship, also working towards getting my product management skills & experience certified.
