I explored multiple business divisions such as Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain and Relationship Management post my MBA in Marketing & Operations. I finally found the subject that potentially lies at the crux of improvement in all those fields... and so began my quest to dig deeper, understand analytics and begin working in this field. It's been an interesting journey so far trying to understand concepts, cutting through loads of jargon, sidestepping heavily opinionated & hyped articles, living through criticism from seasoned veterans to finally take paths less traveled.
