The data scientists at International School of Engineering (INSOFE) developed a pricing strategy and analytics for one of the world's largest contact lens manufacturers. The pricing of this product has several complexities like different pack sizes, different types (use and throw or continuous wear), different geographies and forex variations. In addition to building models, the team also developed visualizations that help business users exactly understand the importance of each of the parameters on the price and take quick decisions. With the success of the modeling, the customer now has decided to move to phase 2 where the solution will be scaled up for enterprise level use.
