This is completely free and one can download all PPTs, PDFs and R codes. There is a book also (in PDF version) for free (a free online version of An Introduction to Statistical Learning, with Applications in R ). The book is very good for the beginners of statistical learning. One can download everything and learn at own pace. Videos are quite big, it’s better to watch them online.

Even if you don't have a degree in maths and statistics, you can still be a data scientist, provided you are willing to learn applied maths and statistics. Start with free courses from edx.org or coursera.org - these sites have some of the best free courses offered by leading universities of the world.
