Thanks. It would be preferable to separate Java and Javascript since the technologies have nothing in common (except part of the name) and are usually used for very different purposes.

Hive appears in two bars (3 & 49).

Somehow I'm left with doubts regarding the actual validity of the information presented.

Thanks for your comment and the link. Yes, Excel isn't explicitly mentioned in the dataset. Perhaps it is considered as obvious.

Also, all theses 'skills' fall in the category of 'IT skills', excluding therefore other types of skills like 'machine learning', 'algorithms', or 'communication skills'.

I assume Excel is not considered a skill, but it would come as #1 if it was in the list. Also you could use the colors to categorize the skills: scripting language (Python), querying language (SQL), traditional language (Java), vendor (SPSS), platform (Hadoop), etc.
