Short Bio

Over thirty years of experience in the field of software systems development, working in both the management and technical aspects of:
 Systems Analysis, Project Management, Quality Assurance
 Enterprise Data/Application/Business Architectures
 Corporate Information Engineering

During the past ten years I have held many management mentoring and consultancy positions in the fields of Business, Management, Organizational and Information Systems / Information Technology consulting.

I hold a Masters degree (M. Sc.) in Applied Statistics from the Tel Aviv University and a double Bachelors degree (B.A.) in Statistics and History and Philosophy of the Sciences from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem. I also hold a Systems Analyst diploma from the Israeli Productivity Institute, completed a SW Project Management course from the DMR Group, and hold an ISO 9000 Auditors diploma from the Israeli Standards Institute.

Currently, I am focusing my consulting activities to assist organizations in turning their data resources into viable economic assets by developing and implementing customized Data Governance components, i.e., developing organizational capabilities that provide management with the authority and ability to make decisions (planning, monitoring and control, enforcement) about data as a corporate asset.
