I have over 15 years of experience designing and developing data management solutions for business issues. My strength is my ability to provide solutions in all phases of the software life-cycle including planning, execution and monitoring. I have supported databases in design, development and production in many functional areas including marketing, accounting, human resources, audit and enforcement and am well-versed in current IT architecture standards such as FISMA, DODAF, FEAF, TOGAF and SOA. I am also familiar with such project management standards as PMBOK, CMMI, ISO and AGILE and have architected solutions to comply with HIPAA, GLBA, SOX and DOD standards. I am able to quickly come to speed with new technology, learn the vernacular of different professions and adapt to new situations. When I commit to something, I make sure it gets done, done right and done on time.
I am a Certified Business Intelligence Professional, have a Master Certificate in Advance Project Management from Villanova, and have completed certifications in disaster recovery and database security. I also currently hold several Oracle certifications. I have written and given presentations on database security, database design, service-oriented architecture and data center design. I have an MBA in IT management from Florida Tech, a certification in programming and operations from CDI, and an undergraduate degree in Economics from Baylor.
